Ripoff, violated, taken advantage of, misled, dishonest fraudulent billing

This company is crazy! On 12-15-05, I received a call stating that I received grant money. The only thing I had to do was to answer yes to these questions and 49.95 would be taken out of the grant money (no out of pocket cost to me!)

Now, they are saying that they are billing me 49.95 plus the over 200 dollar amount for the health care offer. I was told the only way that I could receive the grant money was to answer "yes" to the benefit package. I was also told that I would be receiving in the mail 500.00 worth of shopping coupons the next day.

On 12-16-05 I made another call to see what the hold up was and they said they didn't have my information on file and to call back on monday. (are they buying more time just to charge me?)

I called back 12-19-05, Leziel#0504516 stated that I should have received a welcome letter and in 4-6 weeks I can apply for the grant instead of automatically receiving it immediately from Friday's conversation.

When you go through the process of answering the questions, they only record the info that will benefit them. If the conversation was recorded then who is in charge of my account?

They would want to get paid for this so-called transaction. Someone has to be accountable. She said that she didn't know who took my information. Yeah right!
