PLEASE BE AWARE:
I saw another consumer's letter against this company as I was doing research in the internet and thought I should leave some information as well.

In 2003 I was a vicitm of Identity Fraud however, the damage was minimal as it was below $500.00 dollars. I immediately reported it to my credit card company and they completed the investigation found that it was fraudulent since the number used on the account was a main number to a University number never registered in my name and that appeared to be the end of that...

Now over 2 and 1/2 years ago this company begins to haress me through sending letters and calling my old address where my parents still live demanding $28.34 which was a part of this fraud. I first contacted them and spoke with 2 representatives who told me if I submitted in writing a letter and any evidence I still had from my credit card company everything would be removed and taken care of... That was not the case.

More letters have come and now when I have spoken with the case manager he informs me that I must have a police report on this $28.34 or else it will go on my perfect credit report. I have filed compliants with several different agencies and if this goes on my credit report I will fight to the fullest extent of the law.

If anyone else is having issues with the company please contact me as I am fighting against this ridiculousness as well!
