Motorola - Whereismyorder
Rebate ripoff and false advertisment

Education & Science

When the Motorola Razor V3 phone came out I had to have it. Myrateplan.com advertised that it was the cheapest place to by the phone. Costed me $418.99 with the promise of three rebates to total 180.00.

The phone has given me no problems, but now that it is time to cash in my rebates it is a major pain, which is linked to whereismyorder.com. I call them time after time trying to first of all get a form that was invalid at time of purchasing my phone.

I have sent them numberous e-mail with no respone, at least when you get someone on the phone if you can understand them they seem somewhat compasionate about the problem. However, it never gets solved! One of the rebates through Cingular, was expired when I purchased my phone but myrateplan.com was advertising on there website that it was valid.

Still have not gotten that form and I have been trying for months. The two other rebates, I have mailed in and get notices stating the time frame is invalid when in accordance to my records it is right on time. This is not a nice way to do a customer. I work very hard for my money as most do, and if you like being lied to, mislead, and not recieving rebates you deserve by all means purchase a phone at myrateplan.com
