Ripoff, unknown of being charged

I signed up to get my free annual credit report and they said the needed a credit card to verify my idenity, but a month later they charged me $12.00 and I'm a member now!?

I can log in but there is no option to end the membership, so i'm going to call them today and if that doesn't work i'll try this sites advice with the bank in previous complaints about this company.
