Credit Report Dot logged in to get my annual free report and they are now charging my card

I created an account with Experian to get my annual free report and now have a charge on my credit card from CIC triple advantage. Their phone lines have an automated recording that they are simply too busy to answer the call - this at 5pm on New Years Eve?
