Ripoff

When the lady first called me about the card i really could not hear her so when i returned to my office i called the customer service number back to get all information. Once i heard it was a pre-paid card i told the guy i wanted to cancel and he gave me an extension until the 18th of november and that i could call back three days prior to cancel if that date wasn't good for me.

So I called on the 15th of November only to find out they had already taking the money out of my account on the 11th of november. I spoke to the supervisor who told me the latest the guy could have extended my date was the 14th I told the lady the guy didn't tell me that and he told me the 18th because I wrote it down So they would send me a paper about getting my money back and now it's the 28th of November and I still haven't recieved the paper yet.

I did report them to the BBB of Florida.
