Sent junk, items returned, no refund given - evil mail fraud scam artists

I saw an ad supplement for the J.D. Marvel Company in the Sunday edition of our local newspaper for car heaters. I sent a check
to them on Nov. 13 for $28.95 for 2 heaters (plus s/h).

In January, I received 2 units, which were nothing more than
cheap, plastic fans - no heat produced at all.

I returned the "heaters" on January 23, along with a photo-
copy of my check carbon and a letter requesting reimbursement.

It is now March 24, and I have not received any type of
refund from this scuzzy boiler-room operation. What a creepy
bunch of scum-bags! I hope they all eventually rot in Hell.
