Ripoff Sweepstakes scam

Received a very official looking document stating that I had $3,700, 300 in unawarded money in my name waiting to be claimed. Looks like lots of other people won the exact same amount. Congratulations to all us lucky winners! All we have to do is send $20.00 immediately in order to collect it. The money sure will come in handy!

I can't believe anyone can legally get away with these ridiculous rip off scams. They prey on eldely and gullible people and should be stopped.
