Ripoff claimed i have won 3,700, 300.00

I received a notice in the mail. It was a form w-915 professional looking form saying that i have won over $3,700, 00.00 dollars and that if i don't hurry up and send the $20.00 the money would definately go to someone else. Need a response within 7 days.

Don't think so. This isn't the first rip-off coming out of las vegas that i have seen. These guys are persistant. Never send money to them. Maybe they'll slip off the face of the earth.
