Ripoff, deducted 349.00 from bank before I got grant they promised Internet

I was called on the phone and was told my number had been chosen to receive a government graqnt of at least 5,000 dollars, they said there was a one time fee charged for their companys work in locating the money for me, was told i needed to give them my banking imformation but that the fee would not be takin out of account untill the grant money was deposited into my account, they lied it was and i live on social security disability of 547.00 a month, there was no money in my account but the bank honored their charge which caused my vehicle insurance check to also bounce i was charged 44.00 for these two transactions, i called their 1=866 number and spoke with a doreen who assured me that as soon as i received the packet from them i could return it and the 349.00 would be sent back to my account, this was 4 days ago and still ahvent received anything from them. Now when my ss check goes into bank on dec 3 i will be charged these amounts and wont have the moneey to pay my rent or utilities much less buy food can you help me?
