Ameriquest Mortgage Company Aka AMC
Has withheld insurance proceeds for over 1 year says will help with payment plans since hit with yet another hurricane, but refuse to do so ripoff

Ameriquest has held our insurance proceeds for over 1 year. I finally did get a little of the money, however they refuse to send the rest until the work is 100%. How can we repair, if we have no money?

They also said they would help again this year with our payments because we were hit by another hurricane, but when I tried to get the help they refused.

Now they are threatening us with foreclosure, BUT they still have over $3000 of OUR money... And our past due payments do not total that much.

I really hate this company and am sorry I ever refinanced with them.
