Ripoff the basta

I too recieved a letter stating that I had some unclaimed money and I was the number 1 re drawn winner and to send $20 for release report. So like a dummy I sent my last $20 thinking that everything was good. Then something told me today to look on the web for this site and this pops up.

The one time I do respond to a prize it is a scam, but I NEED my $20 back! Can someone please email me and tell me what to do or even if there is anything that I can do. Please someone let me know because I think that what they are doing is so wrong and I really NEED my $ back and some if possible.
