Big time ripoff! Lvaap is dishonest about sending money!

I have gotten three letters from lvaap stating that i have won 3,341, 006.00 dollars well the second letter i sent the $20 for the report-release like an idiot! Then i got another letter today november 19 the letter says iam sworn to secrecy and i was restrictive to tell anybody. It also has 3 other names on it saying that they all have collected there money and my money has not been collected yet, so i came on this website today for the first time and really saw how it was ITS ALL A RIPOFF!!! I feel so dumb for falling for this. I want my damn money back. How can this happen? How did they find out my address? Doing this kind of stuff to people, getting there hopes all up for somthing like this is WRONG! I want justice i think every one that has fallen for this should get there money back!!!
