Ripoff of $200 plus $25 service charge

I was contacted over the phone by a representative of capital financial. I was told that I would also get my $200 back in vouchers.

My situation was a little different from othes that posted on this site. They told me that they would send out a letter that I was to sign to get my account open then I could get my money back. So in hopes of recieving my money I signed the paper and sent it back. Now after a $25 service fee I have canceled the card, and have I been told to write a request to another department for a refund.

This has become a huge inconvience and I am getting the run around. I have had checks bounce and overdraft fees because of this companies lies.
