Peak Funding/Joe Patterson
Loan Scam Artists

On the 10th of October we were notified by a Joe Patterson from Peak Funding. He said that we have been approved for a $15000 loan with a 9% interest. He stated that we needed to wire $1119.84 to a Dorothy Omari in Toronto Canada. We thought it was fishy but we needed to money. After we sent the money on 18 Oct I was told that the money would be in my account within 24 hrs. Nothing was ever deposited. So I called him up and he stated that there was some problems with our credit. I told him that was something that the Creditor was supposed to check prior to issing the loan agreement.

On October 28th I talked to Patterson again and he said everything was good to go and we would get the money on the 29th of October. I talked to them today and the requested another $700 to secure the loan. I told him I wanted my deposit back. He stated that it would take 20-30 business days to get the return deposit. The numbers he has been using are 1-888-265-0056 and 646-536-9090 (payphone).

We have notified the FTC, the Wyoming Attorney General's office, phone busters and the Garden City Police Dept. He gave me an address of 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd Garden City, NY. He may go by the name Joe Crestine. We want to see these people caught.
