There was no loan ever

I recieved a phone call from Sandy Paige who is allegedly a loan representative from Advance Finance Company. She infomed me I was approved for a $5,000 secured personal loan. All I had to do was submit a $600 collateral payment and I would receive the loan which would be directly deposited into my checking account. After filling out and faxing her my completed paperwork and sending $600 (plus a $93 fee for sending the money money gram to a Garfield Wellington), I received a call from Michael Patterson who was now handling my case. He stated he received my funds but an additional $600 was required due to my credit.

After sending the $600 (plus the $25 fee for sending the money money gram to Micheal Patterson again), I was informed I had to submit a $400 tax fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was transferred to Susan Miller, Sgt/President who assured me the loan was valid and I would recieve the money. I asked her to send a letter of guarantee and she did and I sent the $400 (plus a $30 fee to Micheal Patterson) and the funds was supposed to be released into my account on May 22. I called Michael Patterson on May 26 (May 25 was Memorial Day) inquiring as to why the funds have not been deposited. Patterson claimed he did not know and would find out. After failing to contact me that day, he did contact me on May 27 and stated an additional $400 was required in order to release the funds. I stated no and I would like to speak to Susan Miller Sgt/President about receiving a refund. I have not been able to contact anyone.
