No response, horrible customer service, they don't care after they get your pay pal

I ordered a book from this so-called ministry organization. I needed the book right away (within a week). I paid double for the book to get it when I needed it. Here I am starting my third week and no book. Got one email saying we are happy you recieved you book and we are sorry for the backorder. I was not notified of any backorder or I would have cancelled my order and looked for another vendor. I have requested a refund and I am getting nothing. My recommndation is if you want to support a legitimate ministry, give to the Salvation Army. World2Win.com ripped me off.
