I orderd Cyber Track Tool Kit online. And of course you have to a password to access the members site. I emailed them for many weeks and got no response. I reported it to the company that I purchased it thru from online. They too tried to contact them and got no response!
When I tried to go their home site it didnt even exist anymore. Luckily the company that I purchased the product from refunded my money and had found out that the vendors (owners) stopped their business and didnt even tell the other companies that advertise for them online! So I had to go thru the process of informing them online to keep others from being ripped off!
