Ripoff lied about how they got my information fraudulent billing refused to reimburse for all the months they stole from me

My gripe is against DealPass.com. But I feel so stupid that I hadn't noticed these charges on my statement before this (it's been going on since June) - Especially since I keep such accurate records - BUT the past few months I've had checks bounce on me and I always have less money than I thought. I'm on disability - so I'm on a STRICT STRICT budget and $15.00 to me is way different than regular working folk! But who would dream this would happen to them?

I noticed these $14.95 charges this month - 2 of them in a row - and since I've been sick with pneumonia and costochandritis - I haven't been doing much grocery shopping so I got suspicious. I went over my statements for the past couple of months and saw other $14.95 charges - For PASSPORTS OF FUN and PREMIER HEALTH PLUS.

I had no idea what or who they were so I called immediately and they kept saying "sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you" Like robots! These people were very sketchy as to what they were about - no clear cut answers. I finally got the supervisor and the most she'd do for me was reimburse me for the past 2 months. Any more was impossible she said. She agreed to get the tape of the conversation with me saying 'yes' to wanting a free cd player - within 7 to 10 days. I asked for proof of the literature they supposedly sent - a confirmation number or something - and she had none.

I NEVER talk to telemarketers. I have no interest in a Cd player - free or not.

I am on disability and Medicare and Title 19 - so these charges have been and created a terrible hardship on me these past months - Since JUNE! I had to pay over $100 in overdraft fees - which NEVER happens to me - because I'm so diligent in my records - but I'm human too - so I thought I made a mistake and forgot to record a transaction. Why I didn't check my statements right away - I even went to the bank several times about the overdraft charges to try and figure it out!

Anyway - I want to be reimbursed fully - not just for the past few charges and I don't know what to do with these filthy rotten liars. What recourse do I have - and How did they do this to me in the first place? Should I close my bank account now that only has my paltry little disability check?

Also - I don't know how to classify this because I don't know exactly how they 'got' me or even what they're game was - besides ripping people off. I don't believe they have a tape of me - and that could easily be falisified unless you get CSI on the case to do a Voice I.D.: o)
