Theft of bank account funds, Fraud, Ripoff, Scam

This bogus operation is hurting a lot of unsuspecting people. My legally blind son-in-law was scammed out of a $49.95 and $299.95 fee, which he did not have, for the promise of receiving a $12,500 government grant. To top it off, his bank charged him an additional $120 in overdraft fees, which my wife and I are trying to recover.

I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and everyone else who is contacted by this company should do the same thing. You can do it on their website. However, there is a disclaimer on the site that says they cannot prosecute the company on anyone's behalf and that the complaint will be for record only.

Also, I have been able to get the following information that might be useful. The 1-866-503-7345 number rings into customer service, which is located in the Phillipines. I talked to a customer service rep there that told me the company is presently moving out of the office in Winter Park. Gee, I wonder why! She could not or would not provide a new address nor a USA telephone number.

She did give me the following number where she said refunds can be requested: 1-877-851-4366. I haven't called it yet so don't know if it is legit. Also, she gave me a fax number which is 1-213-596-0496.

I was also told by a second rep that a woman named Crystal Brown is the CEO of the company. This woman needs to be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent. If there is anyone out there who knows how this can be accomplished please post it on this website

I think these people in the Phillipines who are doing all of the calling are being duped by the originators of this scam and are not fully aware of what harm they are doing!

We need to put a stop to this operation before it gets any bigger! Everyone who reads this needs to act in any way you can to help put the people behind this in jail!
