Ripoff ripoff tricked and lied to us

A very nice salesman came to my door and offered a demonstration. I told them I was disabled and unemployed right from the start. The salesman and his supervisor assured me I would be able to use this machine without any trouble. What a big fat lie, that was. I have now had this machine for 6 weeks and I can barely use it. It is too heavy, too difficult to use and causes me severe pain. I have been trying to get in touch with someone but to no avail. I want to return this damn thing but they won't let me. I can't afford to pay in excess of $2000.00 for a machine I can't use due to my disabilities. Kirby use to stand for quality, now it just means "ripoff" to me!
