WMC/Loan Service Center AKA Select portfolio Servcing they are trying to force us out of our home for not receive payment that we mail to them they want us to pay 10, ooo for late or they willforclosure on us but we fight back we ask for payment history but have'nt recieve one as yet. They keep saying we not in forclosure we are in dispute until they investigate find where the money is we trying to get our house refinance then all hell happen they refuse our mortgage payment they send it back to us because we are in dispute over where our payment are we got the post service tracing our money.
After they told us that we five month behind on payment they have'receive no payment. But they quickly change that after weinform them the post service were investigate they us the money were there he gave us dates on payment. We just wantto refinance our house to get lower interst rate. Now we got a forclosure hang over us so if anyone can help us please please we have talk with a lawyer he saying file bankrupt to keep our home we already been down that road before. They are so desipicable, terrible peoples to do what they doing to so many people.
