Big huge scam now in canada, ripoff

I just like people to know that they hit canada!!!

On sept, 28 i got a phone call about 7:00am. (# 666-8006) The guy on the other end said his name was MICHAEL GRACIA (badge#4340) and he worked for the government.

He said that there was 3 million dollars in grants that they are give away and i was going to receive within 48 hours 12,500 in grant tax free.

He told me that i will receive a legal papers (within 48hours) to verify that everything is correct along with $500 grocery coupons and 10 days free long distance.

He told me that when i receive the package take $50 dollars from the $500 in coupons and put it in your account so that it will pay the $49.95 s&h he said because it's illegal to charge me. Stupid me believed him and gave him my account # think he was going to just put the 12,500 in.

After that he told that me a lady was going to come on the line just to make sure that the info that i had told him was correct. When she came on it sound like it was taped and he was also taping me.

When i got of the phone i was talk to my brother tell him what had happened right away he called there customer service # a lady anwser he had asked her what company was these? She said that they where advantage amercia and the where giving out grants he said to her what? America company giving out grant to candians she pause for a second and said you are not america
then she got scaried and hung up.

He told me it was a scam. Right away i closed my account thank god i got everything closed before the got anything

The next day was surfing the web and i put there name in and i found that they have scam so many people i was one of the luck ones but there is still lots of hard working people in these world that are getting scam from these coward. WE NEED TO PUT A STOP TO THIS!!!
