They ripped me off 20 dollars and promised me 4,000, 000.00 Ripoff

This company sent me a letter stating that I had won, 4million dollars. And asked for a 20 dollar check to obtain these so called winnings. Well I sent the check and well you guessed it no prize money. I work very hard for the money I make and for someone to think that they can just rip me off. Is not acceptable. I had actually gotten my hopes up thinking I had won that money. Well I guess that I am considering obtaining an attorney to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.
