Ripoff, I was only enrolled in the Surgical Tech. Program and im being charged 3,00.00 Ripoff

I was accepted in the Surgical Tech. Program at HCI under false pretenses. I went for 1 week and im now being charged approx. 3,000.00 for 1 weeks enrollment. They know that I had 3 discs fused in my lower back and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Then the Instrutor said I shouldn't have been enrolled because of my back problems. So I dropped out the 1rst week and they are charging me.
