One Call - navicomm ripoff fraudulent billing

Charged me twice for 3minutes and 13 minutes for connections not made. Tried and tried to contact company and finaly got through to a live person.
Told her that this wasn't right and she said basically pay or collection agency would be notified. Now I will contact state Attorney General's Office.
