RAV Enterprises RIPOFF, Product DOA, never received RA, or acknowledgement after many requests, called and sales rep denied admission, Used Visa Card information for fraudulent charges! Beware!

Ordered a camera battery, received it DOA. Requested several Return Authorization via email (sales@FatGadgets.com) as requested on receipt. Never received a response. Finally called the number posted online (888) 368-5238. Never an answer-line would go blank. Found another number on reverse address and came up with R A V Enterprises with Information 43311 Joy Rd. Canton, MI 48187 (313) 561-1177. Called them an they suspicially denied any affiliation; kept questioning me over and over about my inquiry. Told me it was an UPS shopping Center???
A short time after this purchase, my debit card received several fraudulent charges in the amount of $14,000. Had to cancel my card etc. No other purchases had been recently made.
