Ripoff, No communication, Bad Customer Service, Stole Money

I am housebound disabled, I am forced to shop on line. Found Pierse Overstock on Google. Sent payment, and recieved order confirmation email. Then nothing. I have sent at least 20 emails, called, and left voice mail messages, with no response, or update on order, over a 3 week period. I have Never recieved merchandise. Now I have to wait for next Social Security check to get new colored pencils. Pierse Overstock can not get away with doing this to people.
