Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent scams, stealing from people giving false hope

I just recieved this letter claiming I had won $3,341, 006.00, "confirmed status 17th day of August." I did get excited thinking my prayers to a better life might be coming true, but at the same time a bit skeptical... Thank god, I looked it up before sending in $20 that could go to one of the many bills I owe, already! Or my family, whom, I work so hard for to support! I still have the letter and I'm very upset at, whomever, is doing this to people, and also getting away with it! I pray they get caught soon and pay for their crime! My contract and document number is 5023696711. I also want to be included if there's a claim against these bastards!
