Ripoff collecting more then once discourteous

I had AT&T Wireless before they became Cingular. I thought the bill had been paid. Now all of a sudden after 2yrs. I get a letter from 2 different creditors for AT&T but for 2 different amounts (only 7.64 difference). The letters were sent 3 weeks apart.

The other creditor is TxCollect, Inc. I have been trying to get in touch with both of them but have not had any success. I don't know why there is 2 different accounts for the same company!

Until I get this settled I am not paying anything on it.
