Ripoff

I was supprised to find a $12.95 charge appear on my bank statement. I contacted the bank to find out that the charge was for businessmax, a company i had never heard of. I contacted them to find out that it was vistaprint who gave them my bank information.

I spoke to a very rude lady by the name of cynthia, she told me the charge was for my membership (that I did not apply for) she said the charge would be credited back to my bank account within 2 business days and then she hung up on me.

I did contact vistaprint and they have not yet got back to me. I hope to see the money back in my account soon.
