Rip off dishonest fraudulent billing michigan

I purchased monitor, k-917s, 19" on 5/31/05 at office depot because of rebate for $100.00 and 2nd rebate for $30.00, i received the $30.00 only. I mailed everything to: o.D./$100 kds k-917s rebate, dept. 21 offer #od4800278, po box 10004, douglas, az 85655-1104 as told. Then i rec'd an email stating i did not enclose the upc copy or original so they said i could send it in within 14 days of receiving the email.

I sent it over night because it was due the next day and have never head back from them. I have original emails and letters i sent them, please call if you want me to email them to you. Tm
