Rebate ripoff!

Sent a rebate for a Haier Beer Dispenser for $50. Received an email from The Express Group stating they did not receive the original UPC or copy of the rebate form but did receive the invoice or packing slip. There fore, the rebate is not valid. The funny thing is the only way they could have gotten my email address was from the rebate form. After numerous emails and no resonse from the Express Group, Had to call the manufacture to settle claim.
