I just wanted to add this report to the many that i see are already on this report. I had the same exact situation that many have had with this company. A telemarketer called to confirm an order that was placed asked for an address and then sent us supplies that we do nid not order or even use on our machines. I have spoken to these more than rude people on a number of occasions on how this matter would be resolved and have not been happy with any of there responses.
