Ripoff, deceptive fraudulent billing practices

I initally went to t-mobile.com only to try their service, I was tired of my current cell phone price
thought I could do better, I own a bail bond co. And need to travel. Coming home i went thru a town had no service. That never happened with the old service, so i broke contract.

Have just about finished paying off the 500.00 I owe t-mobile I have no problem with that I am abiding by the agreement. But all at once, I get these people calling me from some co. Called inphonic! Never heard of these people... I call them.

They say they are not t-mobile but I owe them 500.00 too!
For the free phones because I broke contract. So I call t-mobile who are investing this too, because the rep. Was without knowledge of them also. She goes and comes back and tells me that you were supposed to have gone to they're web sight to order the service... NO!!!

I went to T-Mobile.com!!!

How these folks"inphonic" slid in there I'll never know!!!
I called them and asked them to send me the the agreement with theyre company, that I agreed to and signed... And they send me T-mobile's agreement, that says nothing about paying a seperate charge of 250.00 per phone to a company called "inphonic". T-mobile's reps. That I spoke with on the Phone several times over never said I'd have to re pay anyone else but them.

Inphonic is a rip-off and they hide behind the T-mobile tree and hop out to scare you because they don't think you are paing attention or that you dont know any better. And have threatened to go into my checking account to take my money!!!

I will change my bank if need be, but consumers should not have to be victims of this kind of piracy, I have had my bank for over 15 years and I can only pray that they can help me stop them.
