Jimmy forged a different name on my check thinking it can't be traced he first told me his name was Jim Wu. He never mailed me my item I bought from him. Another online buyer emailed me saying that Jimmy ripped him off too!

I have tried contact him but he no longer an online ebay member and ebay has not helped me yet after faxing them copy's of my check and explain what has happened to me. I lost $123.54 but I don't even care about the money anymore all I want is this con to go to jail for what he did to me and other honest online users.
