Ebay is deceives by not refunding promotions to first time sellers that are not familiar with the system

I am a college student that is a rookie with selling items!

I have called 3 times and there has no one that has been able to help me with my billing issue. I have emailed the president no response. I have general supported nice people not a bit too limited on resources. Plus there is no billing phone number for serious problems. I have emailed the tech. Team there times and they have given me nothing but the runaround. I have been with eBay since Dec. Of 2003 I have never sold anything up until now. I have had a good feed back reading and I have done nothing but follow all of EBay's policies. There seems to be arrogance, miscommunication, bad website flaws and stupidity floating around.

There is a seriously flaw in your system promotion wise.
The flaw is if they (eBay) don't allow you (the customer) to remove the promotions if you (customer) can edit everything else in your auction. It makes no sense, there's no logic to it!

People just key in keywords to find what they are looking for and that is the true! My dad has been with EBay since it started and so has my uncle. I'm a 21 year old rookie with no clue and no wait to pay this crazy bill and my pc is against me! I had people watching and bidding on my items! I emailed them the items would be relisted soon once this issue was taken care of! When I relisted them the balance went up!

How can u stop duplicating promotions when your computer's browser won't quit. My client is very livid and so am I. My PC crashed and feel like the little man crushed under a big man's foot. I have been all over the place on eBay and I'm tired of it!

Your web designers need to fix this b/c for people that are new to selling this is very deceiving and it is nothing but fraud and illegal money collection. I will get my dad's attorney involved if this cleared up... I am not joking

I don't want to hear it was my fault because when a customer look for help with certain things under self help there not there. Emailing and calling there is no solution and its like your left out in the dark!

I can't pay an almost 700 bill by myself and I will not pay for it because of stupid web errors, bad web design and deceiving information.

They mention this in relation to newspaper classifieds. This is not that. This is an auction site, not classifieds. If they indeed stand by that comparison then why can a user revise everything else except the promotions? Where does it say on page 3 of sell your items does state that all selections are final?

After submitting all of the information needed to list an item, a review screen is returned listing each specific charge. Only after scrolling to the bottom of the page and actually submitting the listing are the charges posted to the account.
