I received the Bullseye Telecom welcome letter today. They were lying to me about saving money on my telephone bill. They told me that my bill would go from $75.00 to $37.95 with all the features I was getting with Verizon's Freedom package. That is a lie! I was shocked to see that in this letter they give an itemization of monthly reccurring charges totaling $85.00 without taxes.in other words I would pay between $15.00 to $20.00 more from what I was paying before!

I called right away expecting a good explanation and basically they said that the $37.95 deal is only for the local and toll portion that I'm supposed to pay for the other features. I explained to the guy that when they call me they never said that. They never explained like he was explaining now because if that was the case I would not make the decision to switch.

I called Verizon right away to have my service reinstated and the customer service rep was telling me that I was still lucky to have my DSL connection another thing the Bull#$& Telecom company promised would never change. They said that Verizon will remain my DSL provider. Verizon told me that they basically closed my account including my DSL service.

This is one of the most inconvenient and frustrating experiences a customer can go through. I'll be wating for their first and last bill to see what other crazy charges they will invent trying to steal our hard earned money. As other frustrated victims I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission via their web site.

I hope other people will benefit from my experience and once they get called by this company with their promises, lies, word plays, misrepresentations, and tricks they will do what I should have done: HANG UP!
