Ripoff Stole my 249.00

Ok, After reading numerous of complaint on this company, I knew the gut feeling I had when my husband told me he gave our account number to this company. Yes, they told me the same thing everyone said they told them. I want my 249.00 back because I know we're never going to see that $2000 credit card they promise us.

I was recently a victim of another company but never thought my husband would get fooled too. After waiting for the credit card, we tried several times to call them. They kept delaying and said they had some fraud with their credit cards so they have to put it on hold. Ok, we were patient to not file a fraud with our bank. We were in need of the money because we, like Jessica from VA, booked a vacation and were looking forward to use that money for it. The card never came. We ended up using our money for our bills first thinking we can back the bills up when the card comes in.

Never did I thought we received this stupid package in the mail telling me how to budget my money from OXFORD FINANCIAL. No credit card. We called several days with no response. Finally, July 28, I got through to this rep IVAN who I went at it with because she disputed the $2000 credit card and want us to fill out additional information and another $39 processing fee. I was so furious I started to cursed, so what they deserved it. She hung up on me. I called back, no answer.

After I read the editor's suggestion, I gave my bank a call. I didn't get anywhere. They said they can't help us. There's got to be a way to put these thieves in jail or something. They can't keep doing this to people. Not only we lost our 249.00, we're in debt beause we were relying on this card. If anyone come up with a solution, let us know please. Good luck everyone.
