Ripoff No refund

My fiance and I received a call from this company, identifying itself as First Choice. My fiance does not have good credit, so to him, this sounded like a wonderful opportunity to get a credit card. He gave the man our checking account number and they took one hundred fifty nine dollars from our account. After that everything happened just as it is explained on your website. We did get our packet, however. It was a bunch of bull.

When I read the information I received and found out that the card was pretty much useless, I called the one eight hundred number immediately and canceled, demanding my money back. I was assured that I would receive the money in ten to fourteen business days. I never did.

They continously removed money from our checking account. I called and called these people and nothing ever happened. I finally went to my bank and talked to them. I filled out a report with my bank and they gave me back all of the money that this company had taken out of our account except for the initial one hundred fifty nine dollars. It had been too long since it had been taken out.

I continued to call the one eight hundred number, hoping eventually I would get my money back. I called every day until around Thanksgiving. The number I had for the company no longer worked after that.

I was startled to find this website. I ran across it by mistake, but I am glad I did. If I can stop one person from falling for this scam, I will feel better.
