And Consumer Affairs of ATTORNEY GENERAL of CALIFORNIA. No Luck. NSBA is still ripping off people. The Best Advice is to Do What consumer complaints says to do about your BANK to get your money back and to Contact BILL LOCKYER, ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA.
