Ripoff Did not refund, 2 months and waiting, liars, rude

Claims to help with grants, sends you a book ($250.00) that you could have goggled yourself for free. Swears before hand that you could return the book for a full refund. Once returned they say company policy is 20-30 business days before thay can refund you. Come the 30th day they say yes you money was refunded, it takes a few days to post to your account. Two weeks later i still don't have my money back. Rude people on the phone, leave you on hold for 15 minutes and then hang up on you.
