Is fraud! Ripoff!

I registered myself with PUBLIFACIL.com one year ago. Therefore I could write it more than $100 and collected down. A card came three months ago, but activation is not possible. Only update charges to have no communication are taken even if I contact PUBLIFACIL.com. Commission does not receive $1 either! It is perfect fraud!
