RIPOFF unauthorized charges! Consumer rip-off fraud

I noticed a charge on our debit card for a few months. I thought these charges were from my husbands job, until I approached him and he said he had never heard of the company. I looked them up online and learned that they had began charging us monthly for some magazines that we had "won" six months back. We were to receive those magazines for one year and then cancel or be charged. We have only received the magazines for about 3 months. I had to close my account and wait to receive another card. I am in the process of trying to get my money back.
