Tried to rip-off

I recieved this POS letter from this POS company CREDIT SERVICE DIVISION... I read the information they sent me and thought, how strange, so I tried to call the phone number they gave me and all the options were was to agree by pressing "1" or end the call by pressing "9".

So I decided to look them up on the internet and this is what I found, thank you to all those trying to warn people of these fruads. I haven't given them my information or activated my card, do you think I will be OK? I figure that since I haven't given them anything, they will not be able to charge me.
