Premier Movie Pass - Buyers Union
Ripoff, fraudulent billing to my bank account

This company contacted me back in late January about a great deal on movie passes. I fell for the gimmick. I only authorized the withdrawal of $3.95. I later found that they had withdrew $3.95 twice and then $119.90 on the same day!

I contacted my bank immediately! The response from my bank was that since they used my account number off of my check there was nothing that they could do. I have been calling buyers union every two weeks and have been getting the same story (your check will be there in 10-14 days.)

I have threatened them with calling a lawyer and they don't seem like they care. As of this morning; July 19; buyers union says that they have changed to electronic filing. I still should receive my check in 10-14 business days. I blessed them out again and hung up!
