False claims and information, ripoff

John Klemnz who was my account representative claimed his leads are 100% guarenteed. Any information wrong on the lead or if they are already working with a lender guarantees a refund of that particular lead. This worked fine for a week and we did get three leads that were sellable. Come the second week the refunds stop and they refuse to give our intial investment back.
Going to an attorney!
