When I checked my checking account on the Internet, I found out a company, WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS, charged me $9.00 on my visa card. This is an unauthorized charge. I had no idea what the charge was, and was certain I hadn't signed up for any "reservation rewards" program.

I am a foreigner coming to US in just this January, so I don't know how to do for solving it.

Please help me.
