Ipoff, stealing money, dishonest agreements

I attend Collins College in Tempe, AZ. I get housing through a comp. On site called RnR. When I 1st moved here in Feb. I had an agreement with the manager about paying half a months rent and paying the other half before the end of the month.

It was working out fine until they got new management. Apparently the manager was stealing the money and thats why she allowed every1 to pay late. I could have been caught up but I had an agreement with this lady, every1 had agreements with that lady. Now that she's gone and they got new management who is not cooperating at all to help us paying college students have housing.

Lotsa people have been evicted or served eviction notices.in AZ you have to go to court for evictions. A friend had to go through the court process, fee's and all. Its kinda stressful having to go through this type of stuff when Its not my fault the manager was allowing us to have one payment plan and then for her to leave and now everything changes.

And I didnt even mention that I went to the rental office at the apartments I was placed at, We all pay DOUBLE! They claim they only profit $80 bucks a month but I know for sure, 2 bedroom apt in GreenWoodVillage ($725) what me and my roommates pay (4 people in a 2 bedroom paying $360/person total $1440 for a $725 apt not to mention we are 2 people per room).

Unbeleivable!

Now Thats A Rip-Off!!!
