Scam artist thief liar disgustingly rude

Kevin Smith aka Kevin Wehner dba Cinderblock Kennels pirated photos of my dogs and those of other reputable breeders of Olde English Bulldogges and posted them on his web site calling them his own.
He also claimed affiliation with the Intl. Olde English Bulldogge Assoc. He is not now or never has been a member or registered dogs there.
After several emails demanding he remove the photos, mine were removed but he still has others on his site. His emails contain abusive language. So much so that his email address was shut down.
